The Maids in Boston

I just want to take a few minutes to write about how pleased we’ve been with the service provided by Maids in Boston. You cannot go wrong with the highly efficient and professional teams assembled to care for your home or business. Over the years our Yellow Team has been especially consistent, efficient, and stable. Every visit is something we actually look forward to. All team members are especially personable and professional. Also, the caliber of the work is excellent not to mention some of the attention to detail… little flourishes like hotel style bed making, bathroom treatments and clever arrangements when tidying up surfaces. You cannot go wrong with contracting with these consummate professional teams.

We’ve used The Maids for over a year and they always do a great job cleaning our place! The team that comes out to our house is the Blue Team.They are in and out in under an hour and our house is left spotless. We get a text the night before letting us know their approximate arrival time and they usually come right at the start of that time frame. We’ve had to reschedule from time to time for vacations or other reasons and it has never been an issue. Everyone is so kind and professional. I have recommended their services to all of my friends.

We love working with the Maids! The team does a thorough, careful and complete job - every time. And, they are very sweet with our dog. The administrative team has excellent communication - texting us with specifics about when during the day we are on their schedule and accommodating schedule changes when they can. We really appreciate the professionalism of the Maids team. Thanks especially to the purple and yellow cleaning teams who clean Yeah our house.

I've had the Yellow Team coming to my apartment in Boston for a few years now, and they've always done a fantastic job. They are almost always on time, and when they aren't I always get a call from The Maids asking me if it's okay if they come a little earlier or later. They come in, clean like crazy for about an hour without disturbing me (I work from home for the most part), and then leave...overall an incredibly smooth operation. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good efficient maid service in the Boston area!

We have been having The Maids team clean for us for about 6-8 months now, including a move from one condo to a house. Overall, the team was responsive to our time needs (early morning cleaning) and does an excellent job with our space. They even do some unexpected things like tidy up blankets, make beds, and wash dishes (though we try to keep this to a minimum). They're in and out quickly, which is a must for us since we take our dogs out of the house while they're cleaning. Today was their first clean of our new house. The Purple Team was great! I especially appreciate how clean the floors are and that they made our beds. I would recommend the Maids to anyone and especially the Purple Team.
